General Imaging has introduced its latest waterproof camera, the Active Series G5WP. This camera is development from it preceding camera the G3WP. The G5WP digital camera comes with 12.2 Megapixel sensor, 4x optical zoom lens, ISO up to 1600 and a 2.7-inch LCD display.

The GE G5WP can be used up to 10 feet underwater. The GE G5WP features Auto Scene detection, blink detection, Electronic Image Stabilization, Face Detection, Pan-capture panorama, and Smile Detection. This digital camera has 16MB built-in memory and support SD/SDHC up to 8GB. The GE G5WP available in three colors the Graphite Grey, Ocean Blue and Raspberry Red.

The General Imaging G5WP will be available in late Q2 for $179.99.
