Fujitsu has announced its latest touchscreen tablet called TH40D tablet in Japan. Fujitsu new tablet will be powered by a 1.5GHz Intel Oak Trail Atom Z670 CPU. The Fujitsu TH40D tablet comes with the company’s first slide-out keyboard, a 10.1-inch Multitouch screen with a 1024 x 600 resolution display.
