
Acer has announced their first Android SmartPhone, The Acer Liquid A1. The Acer Liquid A1 is also the first handset running the Android platform which will use Qualcomm’s 1GHz Snapdragon processor.
Acer Liquid A1 come with speedy Qulcomm chipset will be able to support 3D Grapics. The Liquid A1 also feature Acer’s own proprietary UI, a WVGA touchscreen, HSPA connectivity, and 1 5-megapixel camera with autofocus,ISO, a self-timer and geo-tagging.
The Acaer Liquid A1 Smartphone will run Android 1.6 to date, and one upcoming smartphone the HTC HD2 and one other smartphone the Toshiba TG01 they also uses Snapdragon but Toshiba handset are run with Window MobileĀ rather than android meanwhile the HTC was informed has a Snapdragon base Android device but there is no futher confirmed if that news was correct. and unfortunately there is no word on pricing and the releasing date.
