After Apple with their latest iSlate Tablet PC, now the Freescale has comes with their new ultimate weapon which is their second generation smartbook and they called it Freescale Smartbook Tablet.
The Freescale Smartbook Tablet features a 7-inch touch screen, integrated 1GHz i.MX515 processor incorporating ARM Cortex -A8 technology, Freescale’s MC13892 power management IC, SGTL5000 audio codec and the MMA8450Q 3-axis accelerometer.
The Freescale Smartbook Tablet other features a 3D desktop framework with touch screen/QWERTY keyboard support, 512MB DDR2 memory, 4 to 64GB internal memory, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless connectivity, 3G Modem and RF4CE protocol options and also a 3 mega pixel camera with video recording up to VGA 30fps ans several ports such as USB 2.0, USB mini for charging, audio in/out and SIM card.
The Freescale also mention this Smartbook Tablet will be available for evaluation beginning February 2010. The Smartbook tablet estimate price at $200.
