Onkyo the manufacturer of home theater technology has back with introduces two new mid-range audio receivers, the TX-NR717 and TX-NR818. Both models are designed for home theater enthusiasts. With a 7.2 channel network A/V receiver they offer an exciting mix of advanced networking technology, high-performance video and THX-certified sound quality.
The Onkyo TX-NR717 comes with Audyssey DSX and Dolby Pro Logic IIz, and also a multi-channel expansion of stereo sources. This audio receiver uses Audyssey 2EQ for room calibration. While the Onkyo TX-NR818 comes with audio calibration capabilities of Audyssey MultEQ XT32, three surround processing modes, including DTS Neo:X, and Onkyo’s Dual Core Video Engine.
Both The Onkyo TX-NR717 and TX-NR818 are schedule to be available in May 2012 with price at $999 and $1,199, respectively.
